These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Coastal Transportation’s services and website. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Coastal Transportation provides professional transportation services serving Hilton Head Island, SC, Savannah, GA, & surrounding areas. Service areas and availability may vary.
2. Booking & Payments

All payments are processed securely through Square.

Payment may be required in full or partially in advance to confirm your booking.

Prices and fees are subject to change; the rate at the time of booking will apply.
3. Cancellation & Refunds

We do not accept payment until rides are complete. Therefore, we do ask that cancellations be made no more than 8 hours before your scheduled ride. We do not charge cancellation fees.
4. Liability

Coastal Transportation is not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles.

We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Coastal Transportation reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates laws or behaves inappropriately.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website.
